Sorry it's been such a long while since we've posted. I know, I know... announce the website and then we never make updates! :-)
Things have been hectic as usual and then the website has been down for a bit, but now it's back up again.
The great news is that Connor is STILL AT HOME! Yay! It's been exactly one month since his last discharge. We are thrilled that he's set a new record.
Today he went to the zoo for the very first time! BB (Big Brother, who wants to be nicknamed Bebarel, a Pokemon character, for some odd reason) had his kindergarten field trip today and we thought Connor would love to tag along. He had a great time and watched, wide-eyed, at everything within stroller-viewing range. The weather was wonderful - sunny and in the eighties with a nice gentle breeze. We couldn't have picked a better day. Of course, there were a gazillion kindergarteners from all the schools in the area who thought the same thing so sometimes it was hard to keep track of two energetic boys (I was a chaperone) and a baby in the crowd. At least I only had two kids. There were parents there from other schools with a whole lot more. Note to self: "Don't go to the zoo in April because all the kindergarteners have their field trips then!" The trip was a lot of fun and the kids all had a good time. By the end of the day, they were exhausted from all the excitement, including Connor.
Connor is a blast right now. He loves to talk to people and grunts replies when spoken to. Yes, he is a grunter. He is having so much fun blowing bubbles, making raspberries and drooling up a storm. He now has FOUR teeth! This means he's been chewing on anything he can get his hands on, except for the toys he's supposed to chew on (of course).
Check out the newly added pics of his 9 months and 10 months pictures, including some from today.
And keep your fingers crossed that he continues to do as well as he has been. We'd like to see a long stretch of days without a hospitalization!
