micro lesson reasoning

1 | Select one training delivery option

Online (CBT, WBT, E-Learning)

2 | Determine one evaluative data collection method

Survey

3 | Determine one type of data you expect to receive

 Qualitative

4 | Executive Summary

Explain of your choices and how they all align with a practical instructional design, evaluative, and data collection perspective.

Since our trainings are still mainly virtual/asynchronous an online training would be the best way to have teachers complete a training at the present moment. In the future, I would want to switch to ILT or Face to Face. The survey is presently the best way to get feedback/see what kind of tools educators will use in the future in their classrooms when we make the switch from virtual to face to face learning next year. As of right now qualitative data would be the most beneficial. It will be helpful to know teacher's thoughts about the training and the likelihood that some of the resources gone over will be used will allow me to make any adjustments in the future. If there is a follow-up training I might switch to quantitative data.
