A little about me:

Hi! I’m Kellie Lingle—an Instructional Designer and Program Manager with a decade of hands-on teaching experience and a real passion for building meaningful learning experiences. Formerly a middle school teacher, I spent years developing creative ways to help students and teachers thrive in 21st-century classrooms.

Eventually, I made the move into instructional design and joined Crunchtime, bringing along ten years of experience in education and learning design. I love creating engaging content that actually sticks, whether it’s for internal teams or wider audiences. I’ve worked on everything from writing e-learning scripts and storyboarding interactive courses to managing LMS content and collaborating with content teams on peer reviews and process improvements. Tools like Articulate 360 and a focus on learner experience are a big part of how I work.

I eventually transitioned into a Program Manager role, where I now support key projects, keep things moving across teams, and make sure we’re hitting goals and delivering solid results for our partners. I’m big on clear communication, staying organized, and always open to feedback—I genuinely enjoy learning new tools and finding better ways to do things.
