Eastern Samar

Eastern Samar is classified as a 2nd class province. They began its partnership with the DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS program in 2011. As of this date, 2,662 sub-projects have been completed with a total investment of 1,519,378,919.39 from KALAHI-CIDSS

funding. While, on the other hand, the Local Government of Eastern Samar thru its partner municipalities have contributed a total of 205,095,302.52 as their local counterpart contribution to the implementation of KALAHI-CIDSS projects.
