As part of the broader technical support structure for the Panahon ng Pagkilos: Philippine Community Resilience Project (PCRP), PASD contributes to the program’s resilience objectives by ensuring the availability and efficiency of institutional support systems. These include timely recruitment and deployment of competent personnel, provision of necessary goods and services, and maintenance of well-functioning administrative protocols. Through these functions, PASD supports the delivery of responsive and risk-informed interventions in the most vulnerable communities, enabling the program to uphold participatory, transparent, and accountable practices in line with the Community-Driven Development (CDD) approach and the overarching goal of building resilient and empowered communities.
Provide core administrative, logistical, procurement, and human resource management and development services crucial to the effective operation and implementation of the program at the national level.
Support the Operations and Technical work clusters by ensuring timely recruitment and deployment of staff hires, provision of necessary goods and services, and maintenance of well-functioning administrative protocols.
Develop and update all Project operational policies and guidelines that operationalize PCRP’s objectives, principles, design, and targets, focusing on areas and concerns on Program Procurement, Admin processes, and HR plan and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the other Divisions, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the NPMO, and as needed, alignment of technical advice to RPMOs and relevant OBSUs.
