Biliran

Biliran is classified as a 4th class province. They began its partnership with the DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS program in 2006. To date, a total of 612 Sub-Projects has been completed, with a total KC investment of 498,496,152.6. Meanwhile, the local government of Biliran, through its municipalities, has contributed 54,815,667.37 as their counterpart funding for the implementation of KALAHI-CIDSS projects.
