Program Guide Description: Omotenashi (selfless hospitality) is deeply rooted in Japanese daily life. This session explores aspects of omotenashi and discusses how it positively impacts student learning through reflecting own cultural practices and intercultural experience. Many hands-on activities usable in all level classes are presented (e.g., making omotenashi goods).
