1) Children under 15 years old

• Between 11 PM and 5 AM

2) Young adults 15, 16, 17 year olds

• 1 AM – 5 AM on Saturday and Sunday
• After 11 PM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Before 5 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
