Contra Indicaties 

Opgelet! Aerial yoga is af te raden bij:

• zwangerschap (restorative aerial yoga kan wél)

• glaucoma of andere oogaandoeningen

• hartproblemen

• extreem hoge of lage bloeddruk

• recente operatie

• recente beroerte

• hernia

• osteoporose

• epilepsie

• vertigo

• net na een botoxbehandeling

Bij twijfel raadt pleeg altijd jouw arts en informeer de yoga docent.

➡️Workshops/ cursussen kunnen tot 5 dagen van te voren kostenloos worden geannuleerd. Voor het niet tijdig annuleren zal alsnog het gehele bedrag in rekening worden gebracht.

Important instructions for attending this playshop:

- Please wear a shirt with short sleeves that covers the armpits (as some of the hammock wraps might cause some initial discomfort and for hygienic purposes) and form fitting clothing/ legging;

- Take jewellery (ear rings, rings, necklaces, ancle bracelets etc) off before class or better leave at home;

- Bring your own yoga mat and towel;

- Eat a small snack/ lunch up to 1 hour before the playshop;

- Always listen first and follow simple instructions of the teacher;

- Drink plenty water AFTER class;

- Always inform the teacher if you have any form of injury, pains and/ or use any medication or are pregnant; 

- Please come on time, doors open 15min before;

- Relax, breathe & have fun! 

Pls note: during this playshop some pictures will be taken which will be send to you and possibly used for social media.
