Did you know that JDMS has its own cross country team that participates in competitions and meets every year? Cross country is a sport like track, however, in cross country the runners compete in running for a longer time. The average time in the meets is about 20 minutes. Ms. Felice, a JDMS math teacher, takes her time out everyday after school to coach both girls and boys in cross country. The students competing in cross country this year are Elsadieka Alli, Brian Ginsberg, Laylasa Stang, and Nathaniel... Good job cross country team!

Shout out to the girls Volleyball team for a fun season and to Mrs. Steelman for coaching and a great season!

Elena Andreska (#12): My favorite part of the volleyball season and the practices were, how fun and relaxing they were. Coach Steelman was so nice and fun and all of her drills helped me and all the other team members in all of our games. My favorite part in any game was actually in our second game when we won our first round! It was so meaningful and everyone got up exited and started cheering!

The Englewood Jr. Raiders are amazing! The team is almost always Championship contenders. The team is never lacking when it comes to wins. There is the A team, the B team and the C team. Great season Raiders!
