Now this week's topic, trusting. A reader sent in the question: "My friend has been lying to my face and won't admit it, what should I do?" My advice would be to just be honest to them. From experience, if you have a problem with a friend and you know the way that they act around you changes, you need to be straight forward. Being part of a friendship means trusting them and if there is no trust, there are just lies and they really are not your friends.
Also if you are lying or don't trust your friend, please do not do that, as it's not right and we want to be mature teens. Lying is never right and it will cause more problems. My simple advice is to be straight forward and if something is not right, tell them. If you can't do that, then talk to another friend or adult that can also give advice.
