OUR MISSION
JCI NORTH JERSEY is a 501c4 non profit leadership organization, a local chapter of Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people to create positive change through leadership development and community service. Operating within the northern region of New Jersey, JCI North Jersey focuses on fostering active citizenship, personal growth, and social responsibility among its members.
Founded in 2014, the chapter has been instrumental in organizing various community initiatives, leadership programs, and events aimed at making a meaningful impact locally and beyond.
The chapter's activities encompass a wide range of projects, including educational seminars, financial wellness workshops, and collaborative efforts with other organizations to support underserved communities. Through these endeavors, JCI North Jersey continues to inspire and equip young individuals to lead and serve with purpose.

Good evening, everyone!
On behalf of JCI North Jersey, it is my great honor and joy to welcome each and every one of you to tonight’s Gala celebration!
We are joined here not just by colleagues, but by a powerful and diverse community—leaders from organizations that serve, uplift, and inspire; our committed JCI members—both new and seasoned—who embody the spirit of active citizenship; and of course, the friends and families who support us behind the scenes and help make what we do possible.
Tonight is not only a celebration of the work we’ve accomplished, but of the people who make that work meaningful. It is a time to build new connections, honor the friendships we’ve formed, and reflect on our shared purpose: creating positive change in our communities.
As we continue our mission of developing leaders for a changing world, I encourage everyone here—whether you’ve just joined JCI or have been with us for years—to stay inspired, stay engaged, and keep dreaming big. Together, we are stronger. Together, we lead with purpose.
