  • The chairman may create a "Call for Committee Members". The committee is open to members and non-members regardless of age, gender, status.

  • The chairperson reserves the right to call for a meeting to discuss needed resources to make a better activity.

• President and VP's Responsibility:

  • The President and VP of Area are defacto members of any committee meetings.
