Good afternoon, everyone!

It is with great joy and gratitude that I welcome you all here today to Marian Hall at St. Mary’s Church. On behalf of JCI North Jersey, thank you for taking the time to be with us this afternoon.

To the leaders from our partner community organizations—thank you for your continued commitment to service and collaboration. To our JCI members—both the fresh faces just beginning their journey and the seasoned ones who have led the way—you are the heart of what we do. And to the families and friends who support us behind the scenes, your presence here makes this gathering all the more meaningful.

Today’s lunch is more than a shared meal—it’s an opportunity to connect, to reflect, and to celebrate the spirit of community leadership that binds us together. Here at JCI North Jersey, we believe that leadership is not just about titles—it’s about taking action, building relationships, and creating impact at every level.

As we sit down together, I hope this space allows for stories to be shared, ideas to spark, and friendships to grow. Because it is in rooms like this—with people like you—that real change begins.
