OUR MISSION
JCI North Jersey is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit leadership organization and a local chapter of Junior Chamber International (JCI) — a global movement founded in 1915 and dedicated to empowering young people to create lasting, positive change in their communities and around the world.
As part of this global network, JCI North Jersey serves the northern region of New Jersey, focusing on leadership development, community engagement, and active citizenship.
Since its founding in 2014, our chapter has been committed to nurturing young leaders by providing opportunities for personal growth, civic responsibility, and meaningful service.
As the chapter celebrates its 12th Anniversary this year, we continue to mark an encouragement of service and commitment to community development among young professionals.
Our diverse initiatives include leadership training programs, educational seminars, financial wellness workshops, and partnerships with other organizations to uplift underserved communities. Every project we undertake is designed to inspire, equip, and mobilize young individuals to lead with purpose and make a tangible difference both locally and globally.
