This week, we are continuing on with the topic of research. This is especially fitting because on Sunday we are wrapping up our research papers.
The article we were assigned to read walks it audience through how to craft their papers as well. It begins with picking a topic to research. It is important that you appeal to your audience by anticipating questions they might have about the topic you chose, then answer those questions. I appreciate how the author acknowledges that it might take a few tries to perfect your paper, and gives tips on the step you should take to do so. It is also important to have credible sources to prove to your audience that this subject is worth learning about.
My favorite part of writing, or even reading research essays is the part where the author makes a call for action This means the author tells the audience how they make a difference when it comes to whatever subject they are writing about.
I enjoyed reading this article and will definitely refer back to it when I am finalizing my research essay.
