The Lodge’s 2025 Annual Banquet was held on January 18, 2025, at First Presbyterian Church in North Concord, NC. The 2025 officers were sworn in, the LEC was recognized, and several Arrowmen received awards.

iLead was held at Camp John J. Barnhardt from February 15–16, 2025. Thirty Arrowmen completed iLead training, helping shape the next generation of leaders in our Order. Guest speakers included Jarvis Hill from Catawba Lodge and others. During the weekend, participants attended sessions focused on leadership development and personal growth, including:

The Spring Ordeal was held March 14–16, 2025 at Camp Barnhardt. Newly elected OA candidates participated as Ordeal Candidates, while current OA members served as Elangomats. Members who had been in the Order for at least six months had the opportunity to advance as Brotherhood Candidates.
The Spring Fellowship was held May 16–18, 2025 at Camp Barnhardt. Newly elected OA candidates were able to attend at no cost. The event featured a carnival theme, including a dunk tank and a bouncy house, providing a fun and engaging weekend for attendees. Brother also contributed in service around camp
2025 Summer Callouts
Summer Callouts were held during the closing campfire during all 4 weeks of summer camp. This is a great way to recognize the scouts who have been elected by their fellow scouts. Thank you to all who came out and watched these monumental moments for these scouts!
The Fall Ordeal was held September 5–7, 2025 at Camp Barnhardt. Newly elected OA candidates registered as Ordeal Candidates, while current OA members served as Elangomats. Members who had been in the Order for at least six months had the opportunity to advance as Brotherhood Candidates. Close to 50 new brothers were welcomed into the lodge.
The Fall Fellowship was held November 21–23, 2025, at Camp Barnhardt and was open to all OA members. Check-in began Friday at 6:00 PM. It was Christmas themed and included activities such as car smashing, gingerbread house building, and many other fun activities. There were other festive activities like spit-roasting a pig and a lodge-wide secret Santa. Finally, the 2026 officers were elected.
20 Arrowmen attended iLead 2024 to learn ways to better our lodge, through communication, delegation, friendships, and leadership. Thanks to our Section Vice Chief and former Section Chief for being present at this event.
This past year's Spring Ordeal was a great hit for our lodge. We got the opportunity to welcome new brothers into the Order of the Arrow, along with helping our returning brothers seal their membership in the Brotherhood class. We completed many hours of service as always, and had lots of fun too!
The Spring Fellowship was held May 17–19, 2024 at Camp John J. Barnhardt. This event was open to all OA members. Beaver Day took place during Spring Fellowship on Saturday, May 18. All Scouts and Scouters, including non-OA members, were welcome and encouraged to attend Beaver Day.. The service project for the day involved setting up tents and cots in preparation for summer camp.
This is the event formerly known as the Dixie Fellowship. In 2024, the event became the Section E-7 Cornerstone Conclave, held at Belk Scout Camp from April 26–28, 2024 and hosted by Catawba Lodge. The theme for 2024 was “Building the Future Together” and the weekend included lodge competitions, administrative and ceremonial contests, trading patch exchanges, trainings, and fellowship among all lodges in Section E-7. Participants enjoyed meals, delegate patches, camp activities, and opportunities to interact with Arrowmen from across the section
During this past year’s Fall Ordeal, we welcomed over 50 new ordeal candidates into our lodge and 10 new Brotherhood members! The ceremonies team had a blast performing this fall's ceremonies.
The Fall Fellowship was held December 6–8, 2024, at Camp Barnhardt and was open to all OA members. There were many fun activities, like car smashing.
The Lodge Annual Banquet was held January 20st, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church 70 Union Street North Concord, NC. The evening began at 6:30pm and will feature a catered meal, a silent auction, as well as several awards and recognitions including recognizing the new 2022 Brotherhood members. The 2024 officers were sworn in, the LEC was recognized, and several Arrowmen received awards.

Our iLead Conference was held at Camp John J. Barnhardt from February 16–18, 2023. This event served as our lodge’s annual Lodge Leadership Development Conference. T0 Arrowmen attended to learn ways to better our lodge and learn the curriculum of Polestar. While there, we smashed a car and played many games. Those who attended received a commemorative patch, valuable OA knowledge, and a certificate of completion.
Our Spring Ordeal was held March 15–17, 2023 at Camp Barnhardt. Newly elected OA candidates registered as Ordeal Candidates. Current OA members who wished to help or experience the Ordeal from another perspective registered as OA Staff. Members who had been in the Order for at least six months had the opportunity to take the next step by participating as Brotherhood Candidates.
Our Fall Ordeal was held September 6-8, 2023 at Camp Barnhardt. We inducted many new ordeal and brotherhood memebrs.
During this fun-filled weekend, we welcomed 61 new members to our Lodge as well as showed our new brothers what our lodge is all about!
With 98 Arrowmen in attendance we held our 2023 Lodge & Chapter Officer elections. As well as welcoming 5 new Vigils into the honor.
During NOAC we sent 18 members of our lodge to attend the fun filled week, where everyone had a great time doing various thing around the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Tennessee.
