This plan book is designed to be your guide throughout the year as an active Arrowman of Itibapishe Iti Hollo Lodge. Inside these pages, you will find essential information such as:

On February 22nd 2026 the 2026 LEC ratified the 2025 Witscheman handbook this year there were significant changes to our handbook in order to modernize the lodge along side our 2026 theme of kindling a brighter flame. A part of these changes was an addition of 17 new polices added to the governace portion of the handbook. These policies, were put in place to help modernize our Lodge and move us forward in a positive direction. As our Lodge has grown, the way we operate needed to grow with it. These updates are meant to bring more structure, consistency, and accountability to our events and leadership, while also protecting the work each group of officers does so it carries over to the next team. They are not meant to be restrictive or punitive. They are meant to make our events run smoother, strengthen youth leadership, improve safety, and ensure that every Arrowman has a well organized and meaningful experience. Modernizing our Lodge means preparing it to be stronger long term, and these policies are a step in that direction.
