The Lodge Annual Banquet will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 70 Union Street, North Concord, NC. Registration for this event is not open yet. The evening will feature a catered meal, several awards and recognitions, including recognizing the new 2026 Brotherhood members, the 2026 Vigil Honor Recipients, James E. West Fellows, and presentation of the prestigious Founder’s Award. There will be food, fun, and fellowship! Hope to see all there.

iLead is going to be held at Camp John J. Barnhardt on February 20 - 22, 2026. This is our lodge’s annual Lodge Leadership Development Conference. For attending this event, you will receive a new patch, some great OA knowledge from leadership in and outside our lodge (Sections E7, E8, and National Officers ), and a certificate of completion.

The Spring Ordeal is one of our most important weekends of the year. As part of our 2026 lodge goals, we aim to bring together 120 new and current members for a strong weekend of service, fellowship, and cheerful leadership. Check-in will begin on Friday at 6:00 PM. Please bring your medical forms.
All Arrowmen are encouraged to attend! There are many ways to get involved:

Join a committee or team – Cook Team, Ceremonies Team, and other committees always need help. Sign up on the Lodge Committees page

Fall Fellowship will be held November 20 - 22 , 2026, at Camp John J. Barnhardt. This event is open to all of our OA brothers. We will have lots of fun, games, competition, along with great food and a lot of fellowship. Check-in will begin on Friday at 6:00 PM. Please bring your medical forms.
The Vigil Breakfast registration is only for Vigil members who plan to attend the Saturday morning breakfast that ARE NOT registered to attend the entire event.

Congratulations on being selected by your fellow Scouts. Your next step toward membership in the Order of the Arrow is completing the 2026 Spring Ordeal on March 13–15 at Camp John J. Barnhardt.
All registration details, packing lists, and arrival instructions are included in the letter. Please review it carefully so you are fully prepared for the weekend.

Parents, Spring Ordeal is a supervised weekend designed to challenge candidates while keeping them safe. Adults are encouraged to support their Scouts by:
Ensuring they arrive on time
Reviewing packing lists and medical forms
Communicating any medical, dietary, or special needs to the lodge leadership
The weekend is structured to provide guidance, mentorship, and a meaningful introduction to the ideals of the Order of the Arrow. For questions, parents may also contact Lodgechief188@gmail.com.
