Events Committee
The Events Committee works closely with the Lodge Chief as their right-hand team, helping plan and organize all lodge events. They’re in charge of making sure every activity is fun, engaging, and memorable for all Arrowmen, while handling the behind-the-scenes details that keep events running smoothly.

Elangomat Committee Chair

The Elangomat Committee is composed of elangomats who are current Arrowmen who guide Ordeal candidates through their Ordeal experience. They face the same challenges as the candidates, but take on the responsibility of leadership, support, and mentorship to help each candidate succeed and feel welcomed into the lodge.

Cook Team Committee Chair

The Cook Team is responsible for preparing meals at lodge events. They handle menu planning, food setup, kitchen organization, and cleanup. This team keeps events running smoothly behind the scenes and ensures everyone is taken care of during meals.

The Conclave Committee is in charge of planning and organizing all aspects of the lodge’s participation in Conclave. They create teams for Quest events, coordinate activities, and make sure everything, from videos to logistics, is ready for a smooth and successful experience. Their work ensures the lodge represents itself strongly at every Conclave.

The Training Committee is responsible for preparing Arrowmen to succeed at every level. They plan and lead lodge trainings like iLead, create sessions at each event, run monthly drop-in trainings, and develop specialized training for Conclave. Their work ensures new and returning Arrowmen have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to grow as leaders in the lodge.

The Membership & Spirit Committee is responsible for strengthening lodge involvement and building excitement throughout the year. They promote lodge membership and encourage attendance at events, recruit Arrowmen to participate in Conclave, and lead efforts to increase lodge spirit and participation in spirit competitions. They also manage unit election requests, collect election packets from election teams, and enter election data into Lodgemaster. When needed, they assist with communications and social media outreach. Their work ensures the lodge stays active, engaged, and growing.

The Patch Design Committee creates all of the lodge’s patches, including those for Ordeals, Fellowships, Summer Camp Call-Outs, Conclaves, NOAC, and more. They bring creativity and style to every event, making sure each patch reflects the spirit and traditions of the lodge. Many of their designs compete to be recognized as the best in the section, showcasing the lodge’s talent and creativity.

History & Research Committee

The History Committee is responsible for preserving and sharing the story of our lodge. They research lodge history and past Vigil Honor members, prepare brief historical summaries to present at each event, and lead all OA history sessions and lessons. They also update and maintain the history sections of the lodge website and the Witscheman. Their work ensures new and returning Arrowmen understand the traditions, legacy, and impact of our lodge.
