The purpose of this process is to Follow up with the Candidates who did not show up for their interview.
A candidate might have had every intention of coming to their interview but was unable to at the last moment.
Remember that your relationship with the candidate matters.
If we received an email from a client that a certain candidate did not show up to his/her appointment, we must:
Send an interview no show template to the applicant via SMS. We don’t call them.
Hi!
This is [Recruiter] from [FACILITY NAME].
Sorry you missed your interview with us. We would love to set you up with a new appointment!
Would you like to reschedule?
Don’t forget to wrap up communications with the applicant in your documented events.
The best candidates are often the hardest to pin down. They might have difficulty finding time with their schedule for an interview. Make it easier for them by asking their preferred schedule, and work around your own to accommodate them.
