1. They should just start at the top of the list and call the old leads. We are not putting these apps back into the life cycle, just trying our luck.
2. They should document they tried to reach them because this is the proof of production, which we want credit for.
3. The application status should not change from Archived unless you get through to applicant schedule them for an interview or they are pre-interview rejected for some reason.
4. DO NOT add Archived leads as a new application! This throws off the numbers and will look like they got new applications. Archived leads are not new applications.
5. Only add a task if you get through and schedule interview, no need to add a task if you don’t get through.
6. Once you make your way through the list you start back at the beginning
Select Applications from the Recruiting Outreach Tab
Under Reports & Charts, search and select “List All”
Filters
• Group Name
→ "Centers Health Care"
• Current Status
→ "Archived"
From the Application records (table result), sort the Status Date to Newest to Oldest
Filters
• Facility Name
→ "Select facilities assigned (Warren, Hammonton, etc.)"
• Job Posting Positions
→ "Select positions assigned (CNA, LPN, etc.)"
