On Quickbase, Click on the Calendar Tab
2. On Reports & Charts, click List All
3. Filter by Group Name and Facility
4. Filter Interview Date
5. Lastly, filter the Interview Status - "Pending"
Once all the filters are applied, you would be seeing the tags beside the search.
6. Change the Caller ID to the specific Facility you are calling for then Call the Applicant.
Applicant Answered
"Hi, This is (Recruiter's Name) from (Facility Name). I am calling to see how your interview went on (Date of Scheduled Interview)?"
"Would like to confirm if you were able to attend the interview?"
Applicant Showed
"Did you accept the job offer?"
"Were you given an offer for the position?"
Applicant Did Not Show
Offer to Reschedule with their preferred date and time.
End the Call and Update the old Interview schedule on Quickbase Calendar Accordingly.
Document the interaction with the applicant for rescheduling and update the task.
Send an updated interview invite to the facility.
If Applicant Showed - Update the Interview Status to "Showed - App Conf"
If Applicant Did not Show - Update the Interview status to "No Show - App Conf"
