Speech and Language Therapy focuses on supporting children and adolescents who experience difficulties in communication, speech production, language development, and social interaction. Our therapy programs are tailored to each child’s unique needs to help them communicate effectively and confidently in their daily life.
Therapy may be provided through individual sessions or co-treatment with other therapists when needed. We use evidence-based approaches and carefully designed therapy plans to target each child’s goals. Parents and caregivers are an essential part of the therapy process, and we work closely with families and other professionals to ensure consistent support across environments.
When appropriate, alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) tools such as picture boards, PECS, or technology-based systems are used to support functional communication and encourage language development.
Speech Therapy may focus on improving:
Receptive Language
Expressive Language
Social (Pragmatic) Skills
