Our Holistic & Wellness Program provides children with activities and therapies designed to support overall well-being, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. Sessions may include yoga, meditation, creative expression, and relaxation techniques, all adapted to be fun and engaging for children.
These programs help children develop self-awareness, coping strategies, focus, and emotional balance in a safe and supportive environment. Parents are encouraged to participate and learn techniques to reinforce these skills at home.
