Following the evaluation, a detailed written report is provided, summarizing findings and recommendations. A feedback session is offered to review the report, discuss results, and guide the creation of a tailored treatment plan. This plan outlines goals, progress measures, and timelines, and is regularly reviewed and adjusted based on the child’s development.
