Physical Therapy supports children who experience difficulties with movement, strength, balance, and coordination. Our therapy sessions are tailored to each child’s needs and focus on improving motor skills and overall physical functioning to help children participate more successfully in daily activities at home, school, and in the community.
Sessions use a variety of specialized techniques, including guided exercises, stretching, core and abdominal strengthening, and balance activities, often incorporating therapeutic equipment to make therapy fun and effective.
Physical Therapy may help children with:
Gross motor delays (running, jumping, climbing)
Balance and coordination challenges
Muscle weakness or low tone
Posture and core stability
