Peel the pineapple and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Mix the honey, lemon juice, chilli flakes and oil together.
Marinate the pineapple chunks for 30 minutes and reserve the marinade.
Arrange the pineapple chunks on skewers.
Grill the pineapple skewers on a hot grill, or a hot pan or in a preheated oven at 225°C, basting regularly with the remaining marinade.
Remove the skewers from the grill and then remove the pineapple cubes from the skewers with the help of a fork.
Sprinkle chaat masala on the pineapple and serve.
