The University of Dayton is committed to increasing the number of educators in the pipeline and has operated an Urban Teacher Academy to support this mission. The University of Dayton is taking the lead with Miami University in developing rigorous clinical experiences for students pursuing teaching degrees and developing effective mentoring systems to support students and their educators.
