Continuous Quality of Improvement requires staff, students, parents, administrators, partners, and other stakeholders to collect data and track change on a weekly or monthly basis.
This process is essential as we examine what works and what needs to be strengthened when delivering programming that recruits, retains, supports, and sustains the work of educators who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
Through the evaluation and CQI cycles, I Educate Montgomery County will learn from the experiences of each of the IHE's on what types of supports appear most useful in persistence, retention, and success of students as they complete general education, are admitted to the Teacher Education program, and graduate. Each of the IHES will also be working on specific pathway products.
