The I Educate Montgomery County involves the work of partner institutions of higher education (IHEs) as noted below that are addressing the recruitment, retention, and sustainment of diverse educators, who are Black, Indigenous, or People of Colors. These partners are also addressing the current teacher shortage and have set up tuition scholarships that address the needs of persons that are within one or at most two years of being able to graduate with a teacher degree.
Visit here to learn more about the role of each institution of higher education, school district, or technical assistance provider on this specific grant.
