I Educate Montgomery County includes an array of community partners, including institutions of higher education, nonprofits, and school districts working together to increase the diversity of educators. The institutions of higher education and key staff members include:

I Educate Montgomery County works with school districts which also received funding through Diversifying Educator grants. These districts include:
Dayton Public Schools
Mad River Local School District--Collaborative, including Jefferson Township Local Schools, West Carrollton School District, and Oakwood City Schools
Centerville City Schools
Technical assistance and support partners include Montgomery County Educational Services Center and Learn to Earn Dayton.
Each of the partners is completing one or more components associated with growing, recruiting, retaining, or sustaining educators who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color.
