In part to celebrate the successful end of the Ramblers' first year, Julie and Bruce Kennedy hosted a holiday party on December 7 in their dreamy castle-like home on La Ladera Road. The Kennedy's were assisted by Melissa Brooks, Mandy Gocong, Anne Schowe, and Charlotte Williams. HRRTA pitched in with a generous contribution including Rusack wines. A light dinner was served complemented by dishes provided by a number of guests. The home was filled with lovely holiday decorations, made even more cozy on a rainy evening as it was warmed by two fireplaces. About 70 Hope Ranch residents had a jolly good time getting in the mood for the holiday season.
