mb/b/ and bt/t/

The mb and bt sounds both contain silent letters

In the mb digraph the 'm' is silent, it is pronounced as /b/

In the bt sound the 'b' is silent, it is pronounced as /t/

Both of these digraphs are usually found at the end of a word (e.g. thumb and doubt)
