Cloves are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae, Syzygium aromaticum.
Uses
It's dried flower buds are a popular spice and are also used in Ayurvedic medicine. People use ground cloves in spice mixes and whole cloves in recipes to add depth and flavour to a wide variety of food.
इसके सूखे फूलों की कलियाँ एक लोकप्रिय मसाला हैं और आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं में भी इसका उपयोग किया जाता है। लोग विभिन्न प्रकार के भोजन में गहराई और स्वाद जोड़ने के लिए मसालों के मिश्रण में पिसी हुई लौंग और व्यंजनों में साबुत लौंग का उपयोग करते हैं।
