The developed course of project-based learning and community-based learning consists of two separate learning activities:
1. Project-based learning
2. Community-based learning
PjBL is a student-centered teaching model that organizes learning around curriculum- relevant projects. The PjBL integrates knowledge and practice in educational and in real-world settings. Thus the PjBL serves not only as a tool to improve HL competencies in students, but also to support people to obtain, understand, evaluate, and use information about health and health care through various communication channels and social resources. In this way it helps to promote their own health and well-being.
You can use the Project-Based Learning Guide for preparing and implementing into the curriculum.
Community-Based Learning (CBL) is an educational approach that emphasizes the integration of meaningful community service with academic instruction, promoting civic engagement, and social responsibility. Because of the methodology of teaching and learning that provides context for building academic and work-readiness skills is community-based learning, also called service learning.
You can use the Community-Based Learning Guide for preparing and implementing into the curriculum.

You have the opportunity to make adaptations, as well as to translate the materials into the local language.
