Providing information to a client with LHL requires special considerations to ensure effective communication and comprehension.  By implementing different strategies, physiotherapists can create a shame free environment (see also the chapter of gathering information) and effectively provide information to clients with LHL. Effective communication ensures that the clients receive essential health-related knowledge in a manner that is accessible, understandable, and empowers them to make informed decisions about their health.
