All international students are required to file the Alien Registration within 90 days from the arrival date at the Ulsan Immigration Office. The Office of International Affairs & Education will help students to do the registration. UOU International students can proceed the alien registration procedure at on-campus VISA center without having to visit the immigration office.

2. Required Documents

  1. Application form

  2. Copy of Passport &VISA

  3. 1 Passport-sized color photo (3cm x 4cm)

  4. Certificate of Enrollment

  5. Certificate of Tuition payment

  6. Registration fee(KRW 30,000)

  7. TB Examination Report

  8. Proof of Residence : House Contract, Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation*

※ If a student lives at on-campus dormitory, he/she can issue the Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation at Global Lounge(2F, Bldg No.43).
