International students wishing to return to school(re-enrollment) are required to get their D-2 visa again. The process is the same as that in visa issuance.
If students currently on a leave of absence would like to return to school, they should inform two month’s notice to Office of International Affairs and Education. They also apply for the academic return on UWINS and visit the Korean embassy or consulate of the Republic of Korea to their countries to apply for the visa.
Early February(Spring Semester), or Early August(Fall Semester)
Apply for academic return on UIWNS.
UWINS → 학적(Academic Information) → 학적변동(Academic Status) → 복학신청(Application for Academic Return) → 신청완료 (Register Submit)

- Graduate Students : Office of Graduate School(Main Administrative Building 4F)
Procedures
STEP 1: Apply for academic return on UWNS
STEP 2: Pay for the tuition fee for upcoming semester
STEP 3: Request the visa documents to OIAE (tjdud1902@ulsan.ac.kr / minzyson@ulsan.ac.kr )
STEP 4: Visit the Embassy to apply for the visa
STEP 5: Contact OIAE after getting the visa
If students do not proceed the application for academic return on UWINS during registration, they cannot sign up for the courses.
Students can apply for re-enrollment by the fourth week of the semester as of university’s commencement date. After the application for Return to School, students must pay for the tuition fee for a semester.
If a students fails to pay for the tuition fee for the semester within the allotted time, he or she will get expelled for unregistered expulsion.
