Before a student’ obtaining Residence Card, a temporary student card will be provided.
In order to issue a temporary student card, students should upload their photos on UWINS web-site.
Procedure
Step 1: Upload a student photo on UWINS
Step 2: Visit Global Lounge when OIAE contacts new students
Step 3: Pick up a temporary student card at Global Lounge
After obtaining Residence Card, students are required to visit OIAE and Academic Affairs Team to change the temporary card into ISIC.

Step 2: Inform OIAE of their Foreign Resident Registration number

Step 3: Visit Academic Affairs Team to issue an ISIC
Before you visit Academic Affairs Team, please refer to the information below.

Office Hours: 09:00 ~ 16:00 (Lunch Time 12:00 ~ 13:00)

- 1 Passport-sized color photo (3cm x 4cm)

If a student card has been stolen or lost, students can suspend their student card on their own.
※ In this case, Library and University facilities Access, Loan/Return and Library Seat Assignment Service are not available.
Procedure
Step 1: Report a loss of the card on UWINS
UWINS → 증명·학생증(Certification·Student ID) → 학생증발급(Issuance of Student ID) → 학생증 분실신고(Report a loss of student ID)
Step 2: Visit Academic Affairs Team and apply for a new ID card
In order to use a mobile student card, students need to register their phone number on UWINS and proceed device authentication.
