I play the trumpet in a wide range of styles, but these days it's primarily jazz, avant-garde, reggae and rock.
The Bravo Jackets are centered around original material, often spontaneously improvised on the spot, and liberal interpretation of jazz standards, funk, reggae, "world music", psychedelic, samba, bossa nova and other styles. The members include guitarists and occasional vocalists Robert Coates and Gino Brann, who form the core of the group. They are often joined by percussionists Sonson and Beeoh Kim (김비오) and trumpeter Gordon Bazsali Jr.
The Jackets first established themselves as the house band at the original location of HOME BISTRO in Busan around 2019 and continue to appear there (new location) and elsewhere to this day.
