• Nov. 2025: stepping down from university teaching position after 17 years over a suddenly toxic workplace culture created by incompetent and cowardly administration. I will miss the wonderful students and what was once an ideal situation for me. I look forward to this new ideal situation starting in 2026. E v e r   O n w a r d.

• 11/3/25: my mother passed away in her sleep this morning; I will be attending her funeral in Hampshire, IL., date pending.
