No. 3: Reece Raymond

No. 3 of the council

Represented by the color orange, Reece Raymond, who goes by his surname, is the Council protector. He's only been on the Council for a year but has already become a popular face amongst the people for his charm. Some of his jobs include:

Council Protector One: along with No. 8, he is the main guard of sorts. He defends from evil ghosts throughout the realms as well as making sure the Council is safe.
Gate Keeper: The gate that holds the Hexa is his responsibility to keep locked and protected at all times. He keeps a detector on him that alerts of any strange activity. He is also required to check the gate at least three times a day.
Weapon Keeper: Weapons that are strong enough to kill a ghost are kept locked in his office in a hidden room. Most Council members know where that room is, but don't have the code. He rotates the code regularly to keep it secure. The only ones who are required to know the code other than him are No. 1 and No. 8.

Personality

There is no one good adjective to describe Raymond. He is a hot headed protector by day and a soft soul by night. His life was full of paranoia, always waiting for disaster to strike. He isn't afraid to attack when necessary, but the repercussions tend to haunt him. He's never really enjoyed violence, but it has become a part of his everyday mindset. On the flip side, he is a very kind person. He can even extend some empathy to his enemies. However, this trait of his has been locked in the back of his mind. As he continues to exist in his death, he has started to let that part of himself come out. Even Jökull and Hibiki, two people Raymond has sworn he would kill in a heartbeat, have seen his compassionate side in their favor. This trait balances out Sophia's ruthlessness quite well since they share a lot of responsibilities.

Raymond's heart is with animals. Any kind of animal—mammals, insects, arachnids, fish, whatever, he would always look at it and go, "awh!" It always freaked out his friends when he would pick up a bug and pet it as if it was a fluffy dog. While he's a bit of a workaholic and doesn't tend to leave the Council Realm, if he does, it's typically to go and look at some ghost puppies.
