On my motherboard ( Aorus GA-AX370-Gaming 5 Motherboard) there are 2 pin headers for the owner to place a temp sensor via the probe provided to a preferred point. My motherboard has 5 internal heat sensors built in plus locations for 2 external via pin headers.
