We have a dyson cyclone v10 absolute which is still under warranty. We had an issue of the clean filter light not going off after cleaning the purple filter and the main dust chamber.

I have resolved This issue by opening up the inner chamber and removing all the rubbish which got past the filter. Not sure if this invalidates your warranty so you are doing this at your own risk
