Upper Park Cistern Overflows and Lower Park Sediment Runoff Aug 6, 2020
There was heavy rain around 5 AM in the morning. Around 8 AM there was considerable sediment in the runoff at the top of the hill from the parking lot and a steady stream of water flowing downhill into the RPA. The lower playground area also had considerable muddy runoff. Reeves Run west and east of Livingston Street had sediment in its water.
