Upper Park Cistern Overflows and Lower Park Sediment Flows
NOVA PARKS installed a large cistern to catch storm water runoff from the newly expanded parking lot in the upper park. However, there is still considerable runoff coming from the upper park that combines with the runoff from the lower park that flows into the RPA.
