“Where in your body do you feel fear, anger, or shutdown?” Identify early warning signs of each response.
Practical exercise (15 min): Draw a simple body outline and mark sensations with colors:
Red = Fight
Blue = Flight
Grey = Freeze
Green = Fawn
Purple = Flop
Homework: Track one stressful moment daily, noting which response occurred.
