Fight client: Use breath to pause before reacting.
“Can we slow this moment down?” Flight client: Use grounding objects to stay. “Touch the chair — you are safe here.” Freeze client: Gentle movement. “Roll your shoulders, wiggle fingers — tiny motions awaken the body.” Fawn client: Practice a boundary phrase. “It’s okay to say no.” Flop client: Use warmth and hydration. “Drink some water, feel your body supported.”
Body scan (10 min) and journal reflection (10 min).
Homework: Practice one technique twice daily.
Closing: Appreciation moment — “Thank your body for protecting you.”
