1. When do you consider a facility useful or not?
I consider the facility useful when it is used by learners . During our observation days, I observe that Lilimasan ES has a lot of facilities that are not listed in our worksheets but most of all are closed or simply their not using it by that means I consider the facility not useful but if the facility integrates, teach and able to experience by learners and they apply it in real life situations that facility is useful. In addition to providing a physical setting that is welcoming, secure, safe, accessible, well-lit, well-ventilated, and aesthetically beautiful, an effective educational facility should also be flexible to the evolving educational delivery programs. If not then the facility can be considered as not useful. Students' learning should be aided by school amenities. A school's facilities must favorably influence students' health, conduct, engagement, learning, and progress.
2. When do you say that a facility aids learning? Cite some instances.
Home Economics room can aid learning because if they want to teach learners to do budgeting or household chores this can takes place. In outdoor garden, in able to value every foods they eat they must experience how to plant vegetables. Another instances, the classroom itself, facilities in the classroom like chairs, tables, electric fans, and lights serve as the medium for transmitting knowledge to the learners. A positive and conditioned environment will help the students focus on their studies; and library as it aids learning, especially that it helps increase students' interest in reading, viewing, and using information or ideas with the help of books, journals, etc. It served a social and intellectual role in bringing together people and ideas.
3. What is the impact of environment to the learners?
The learning environment dramatically affects the learning outcomes of students. Schools' open space and noise, inappropriate temperature, insufficient light, overcrowded classes, misplaced boards and inappropriate classroom layout all make up factors that could be confounding variables distracting students in class. Positive learning environments have been linked to increased motivation, engagement, and general learning ability in students. The school atmosphere can favorably impact kids' development by increasing self-esteem and improving academic achievement. Students that study in a favorable learning environment are more motivated, engaged, and have greater overall learning capacity.
4. What kind of classroom management is conducive to learning?
Having a comfortable physical space where children are able to sit comfortably, see and understand what their teacher is saying, as well as socialize with their fellow classmates is one of the major components of a conducive learning environment. A classroom that is conducive to learning exhibits effective practices. Such practices include creating a classroom atmosphere that shows acceptance, respect, and care as part of authoritative classroom management since it is a management style that provides firm, realistic boundaries for our students in a compassionate way and focuses on maintaining high standards and projecting genuine warmth.
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed/remembered? Why or why not?
We would love to teach in the school that I observed because the teachers are really approachable and easy to deal with; the students are polite and willing to learn. A healthy and positive environment between the students and the teachers also exists in this institution, which makes the classroom environment conducive to learning. As a pre-service teacher, it is also an honor to have the opportunity to teach children, no matter what situations, difficulties, or problems we encounter. A teacher must have effective and efficient teaching methods and make the learning conducive for all students.
2. If you are the teacher, how can you make the environment more conducive to learning?
First, we will make my classroom like a home like a place where mare in comfortable and safe place to learn where they can feel that all their classmates are they siblings. We will put a corner that can useful and trigger their self to study more and learn more. what we could do to establish a conducive learning environment for the learners would be to set up a good classroom where they would feel at ease and well-ventilated, as well as establish a reading area with a variety of reading resources they could utilize to learn to read. Another way to create a positive learning environment is to respect and appreciate your learners' accomplishments and to build strong relationships with them.
